This is a complete beginners Silversmithing class, so no experience is needed.

During the class you will learn about tradition silversmithing tools and how to use them. You will mainly work with wire, twisting, texturing and manipulating to create your own stack of unique rings. As well as soldering and texturing you will learn to form your rings and finishing off with polishing techniques. During the class you will make one silver grain ring and a variety of rings of your choice based on your own design.

This is a small group of four people to allow for plenty of support throughout the class.

The class is run step-by-step at a steady pace to ensure you can make something you’re really proud of to take away with you.

Tools and materials are included for one grain ring and 3 silver stackers. This is usually plenty for the class but if you require more, there is an additional charge for any extra silver you may like to use during the class, which can be arranged on the day.
