Join us and enjoy Dance for Adults with Learning Disabilities...
This class is suitable for those that enjoy music and movement. The lessons include popular music, familiar routines, as well as some creative dance. Routines are built upon gradually giving everyone a chance to develop their movement memory and enjoy dancing together. Dancers also get a chance to express themselves and experiment with different props, coming up with their own movement ideas. The class enables dancers to improve their coordination, fitness, balance, mobility and confidence. Classes are social, friendly and fun! We look forward to welcoming you.
What you need: Comfy clothes, suitable footwear to wear in class and a bottle of water. Please be aware that changing clothes in centre is currently not permitted. Please arrive and leave the arts centre in the clothes you will be wearing to class. We also require participants over the age of 11 to wear face coverings in the centre.
