From Inspiration To Full Stop Workshop (Autumn 2020)

The nuts and bolts of writing...

How do we approach inspiration? Character, plot, voice, theme? What techniques can we draw on to generate ideas? How much should we rely on intuition? What kinds of discipline bring us closer to our writing goals? How can we finish that crucial first draft? Join this session run by published author William Sutton in a friendly, informal atmosphere. Appropriate for beginners and committed writers, all ages, whether writing fiction, drama, poetry, short story or non-fiction.

What you need: Notepad, Pen/pencil and any work you would like to bring to the workshop. We ask that all class and workshop participants wear face coverings. Disposable masks can be supplied, or you are welcome to bring your own.

Tutor: Will Sutton

Tickets: £15

Workshop: Friday 9 October, 12pm - 2pm
