In this three hour workshop you will learn all you need to make a lino print. No matter what artistic skill level you currently have! Taught by local artist and educator Georgia de Buriatte.

The workshop will start will some basic mark making, to get you used to the feel of using the tools and lino surface. Don't worry if you aren't sure, there will be plenty of books and real life lino examples for inspiration, from Georgia's personal collection. 

Once you have created a few different designs, we will be printing on cards, wrapping paper, and tags. Feel free to bring your own things to print onto.

We are going to be exploring single colour, gradient, and multicolour print, allowing you to experiment will all sorts of different patterns. 

What could make this workshop better? Well you not only get to keep your work, and lino blocks to reprint as many times as you like!
