What you need: comfy clothes, a mat and a bottle of water. Please also be aware that changing clothes in centre is currently not permitted. Please arrive and leave the arts centre in the clothes you will be wearing to class.
Charlotte has a passion for teaching Pilates having practiced it for five years before becoming an instructor.
She places an emphasis on precision of movement allowing a flow of the exercises with an aim to improve both physical and mental well being, Her background as a nurse helps put your health as a main focus of her teaching.
Her classes whilst professional are warm and friendly making them purposeful and fun.
