Singing for Well-being with Janet Ayers

Come along to our taster session.
An afternoon singing for the fun group for adults, Singing has been proven to have a positive impact on our physical and mental health.
This singing group is open to anyone who wants to sing even if they think they can't.

You'll learn vocal warm ups to help improve breathing, easy rounds to create instant harmonies and sing songs from all corners of the globe, plus the old favourites too.

The aim of the session is to lift your spirits with a song in your heart.

Suitable for adults and carers.

  • Free tea or coffee (2-2.30pm)
  • Singing (2.30-3.30pm)

Tickets: £4.50
