Celebrating Global Wellbeing Day!
Explore the wealth of benefits that yoga can bring in this relaxed and informal hatha yoga class. This session, aimed at anyone who would like to give Yoga a go, will combine postures, relaxation and breath work.
What you need: Comfy clothes, a mat and a bottle of water. We own a few mats which can be borrowed, please let us know if you need one at point of booking.

"I have been practicing yoga for over 20 years and I enjoy sharing my love for it by teaching others. I feel that my friendly, down to earth approach to yoga helps to make it accessible to people of all ages and abilities. I volunteer for Macmillan's Cancer Charity at UHS supporting the healing process with yoga therapy. In my spare time I enjoy open water swimming and marathon running (very slowly)."
