Concession

Where concession prices are quoted for some events and activities, this will usually apply to children under the age of 16, students (16+) with relevant ID, British military personnel, senior citizens (66+), disabled people and those in receipt of Universal Credit. We welcome personal assistants with those visitors who require them. Please check individual event pages for details and exclusions.



When purchasing a concession priced ticket, customers should ensure that the person the ticket is intended for meets the criteria and brings proof of eligibility on the day of attendance. Multiple members of a party wishing to claim the concessionary rate of entry will need to evidence their receipt of one of the above criteria.



For a child’s class (under 16):

We offer concessions for this class on the basis of either the child attending or the parent/carer paying for the course, as relevant. They are applicable to students (16+) with relevant ID, British military personnel, senior citizens (66+), disabled people or those in receipt of Universal Credit. Proof of entitlement may be required.
