The new name of our group tells you exactly what we are about! We are a friendly group, where everyone is welcome! We come together weekly to enjoy music and dancing. We learn dances, explore creative movement and celebrate the joy of movement together. Everyone’s input is welcome, and our classes are designed to be energetic, social and above all fun!
This class is designed for adults with a learning disability and/or autism.
Tutor: Tiffany Matthews
Tiffany has been dancing since the age of 3 and has experience with many different styles including Ballet, Contemporary, Street and Kathak. She has previously performed in various shows and events, and has a degree in Dance and Culture from the University of Surrey. She also has a Post Graduate Certificate in Education from the University of Brighton, specialising in Dance.
Tiffany has been teaching dance for 15 years and has spent 13 of these working in secondary and special schools delivering dance within the curriculum, focusing on both performance and choreography. Tiffany teaches within the community and also owns and manages Tappy Toes Fareham, which provides dance classes for young children. She is extremely passionate about working with people of all ages and abilities, enabling them access to the amazing benefits dance has to offer.
Tickets: £52 for 13 weeks OR £4 per session.
Sessions: 13 week term 18 April- 18 July (no session on 30 May 2024)
