This weekly evening class will combine postures, relaxation and breath work. Suitable for all levels and experience. What you need: comfy clothes, a mat and a bottle of water. 

Tutor: Christine Gorham I have been practicing yoga for over 20 years and I enjoy sharing my love for it by teaching others. I feel that my friendly, down to earth approach to yoga helps to make it accessible to people of all ages and abilities. I volunteer for Macmillan's Cancer Charity at UHS supporting the healing process with yoga therapy. In my spare time I enjoy open water swimming and marathon running (very slowly)
